The construction of two residential blocks to form 33 number apartments (21 two bedroom and 12 one bedroom apartments). Each floor plate is approx 430m2 given a total for block A at 2743m2. The first block at the point where the Rochdale Canal meets New Union Street would be 5 storeys in height and with car parking is a lower ground floor and a roof top terrace. The second block on the junction of New Union Street and St Vincent Street rises to four storey's with car parking on the lower ground floor.

.The frame is constructed of AFS load bearing concrete walls tied into pre-cast concrete flooring with a structural screed topping. The electrical services are fixed into the walls just before the walls are poured and are cast in. The walls are ready for decoration within a short period.
